About the role

  • Marketing Manager responsible for the go-to-market process at PIPA GmbH, a SaaS startup. Focusing on growth and demand generation through targeted marketing campaigns and funnel optimization.

Responsibilities

  • You are our first dedicated marketing hire and will actively shape the entire go-to-market process.
  • From strategy to hands-on execution, you own the full marketing funnel — with a focus on growth, demand generation and funnel optimization.
  • Design and implement targeted growth campaigns
  • Build and optimize funnel structures (e.g., landing pages, email flows, paid social)
  • Test and iterate performance-based measures to generate MQLs
  • Collaborate with Sales/SDR to provide targeted content and campaign support
  • Own KPIs across the customer journey (CAC, CPL, MQLs, SQLs)
  • Provide strategic sparring with the founders and, if needed, with external agencies

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in SaaS marketing (ideally at an early-stage company or scale-up)
  • Technical audience understanding (e.g., field service, infrastructure)
  • Hands-on mentality with a high degree of ownership
  • Experience building and scaling growth marketing processes
