About the role

  • Head of Revenue & GTM Operations leading sales and marketing operations in an AI-first environment at SPREAD, enhancing GTM strategies and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale a predictable multi-channel GTM motion across inbound, outbound, and nearbound activities
  • Own the Lead-to-Revenue lifecycle and define handoffs between Marketing and Sales
  • Lead and coach a small team, set priorities, and maintain execution rhythm
  • Treat the GTM stack as a product and keep it healthy and measurable
  • Run GTM operations delivery through a backlog and sprint cadence
  • Build the single source of truth for revenue metrics and reporting
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to turn strategy into executable outcomes

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or GTM Operations in B2B SaaS or technology environments
  • Proven experience owning and improving the end-to-end revenue engine
  • Track record of leading a team and driving execution across functions
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Strong analytical skills to translate revenue data into decisions
  • AI-first mindset with evidence of using automation
