About the role

  • Senior Manager for Go-To-Market strategies in a fintech joint venture in the Philippines. Driving strategic initiatives and execution for financial services democratization.

Responsibilities

  • Translate market, customer, and performance insights into sharp strategic bets and executable plans
  • Understand the market, competition, customers, and internal performance to inform strategic choices
  • Run market and competitor scans, benchmarks, and trend analyses
  • Lead customer/user research, segmentation, and JTBD studies
  • Size opportunities and assess commercial potential of product ideas
  • Monitor market signals and translate them into strategic implications
  • Turn insights and vision into clear strategic choices, focus areas, and investment priorities
  • Define strategic options and recommendations for leadership
  • Build business cases and scenario analyses
  • Co-create and refine OKRs and key success metrics
  • Prioritize initiatives and support annual/quarterly planning
  • Own the strategic initiative portfolio and orchestrate cross-functional execution
  • Maintain and update the strategic roadmap and initiative portfolio
  • Design, launch, and interpret experiments to validate strategic hypotheses
  • Lead or support cross-functional strategic initiatives with clear milestones and owners
  • Track progress, manage risks and dependencies, and align key functions
  • Design how we win in the market through clear value propositions, targeting, and go-to-market motions
  • Define value propositions, bundles, pricing, and target segments
  • Build GTM strategies for B2B distribution and B2C adoption
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales on launch plans and GTM materials
  • Train and enable internal teams; support lifecycle marketing on positioning and messaging
  • Define what success looks like, measure it, and drive performance insights and interventions
  • Define KPIs, targets, and measurement frameworks
  • Analyze adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and funnel performance
  • Build and maintain dashboards/scorecards with Data/Finance
  • Recommend optimizations and support P&L and unit economics analysis
  • Drive alignment and decisions by communicating strategy clearly and managing stakeholders effectively
  • Prepare executive-level narratives (decks, memos, briefs)
  • Turn complex analyses into simple, compelling stories for senior leaders
  • Facilitate strategy reviews, decision forums, and cross-functional workshops
  • Manage expectations, align stakeholders, and help resolve trade-offs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, product, or product marketing, preferably in a digital-first or fintech environment
  • Proven track record of launching products and driving customer adoption
  • Experience with B2B & B2C environments
  • Strong storytelling, presentation, and executive communication skills
  • Ability to break down complex problems and articulate clear decisions and trade-offs
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Data teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions, strategies, and recommendations
