Responsibilities
Implement the Paulaner Group's pricing strategy and product range listings
Plan sales activities in the region and prepare reports for the Managing Director France
Prospect for new clients (wholesalers and HoReCa)
Manage and support existing Paulaner Group clients in the region (wholesalers and HoReCa)
Study and analyze financing applications (HoReCa)
Monitor loan files and manage outstanding payments/collections
Assist with legal matters and litigation
Execute and support wholesalers in promotional activities
Participate in trade fairs, customer events and other activities (e.g., Oktoberfest)
Support HoReCa and wholesalers in implementing Paulaner Group marketing concepts (e.g., Paulaner Biergarten)
Independently prepare visit schedules and write related visit reports
Requirements
Commercial/business or culinary vocational training
Several years of professional experience in the HoReCa sector
Fluent in French; good command of English
Knowledge of German is an advantage
Strong customer orientation
Empathy and sensitivity
Proactive drive to develop and implement initiatives
Goal- and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to think and act independently and responsibly
Professional appearance and strong negotiation skills
Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
