Responsibilities
You establish regular touchpoints with managers and team members to build trust and become the primary point of contact for the teams.
With a deep understanding of your assigned groups, you support teams across the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding, 3- and 6-month feedback, performance reviews, salary cycles, internal transfers, offboarding, etc.).
You advise managers on organizational design, individual performance, promotions and compensation.
You support employees on topics such as Learning & Development, career paths and personal development.
You act as the interface for internal communications within your area of responsibility, ensure compliance with existing policies, and actively introduce new HR processes and our company culture into the organization to strengthen employee retention.
You actively contribute to projects on the People team's roadmap.
You develop and own robust data analyses and reporting aligned to business needs to make the effectiveness of programs and processes measurable.
Requirements
Several years of experience in a comparable role — experience in fast-growing companies is a strong plus.
Broad HR experience, including onboarding, Learning & Development, employment law and Compensation & Benefits.
Excellent at building trust and developing strong working relationships at all levels of the organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
Experience managing performance in high-growth organizations (300+ hires per year).
Ability to confidently guide internal stakeholders through projects.
