Responsibilities
Støtte opbygningen og organiseringen af HR-afdelingen i samarbejde med vores HR-kollega på stedet samt HR-teamet i Köln
Håndtere hele HR-administrationscyklussen , herunder kontrakter, onboarding, offboarding og tidsregistrering (Atoss)
Udarbejde HR-rapporter, personalestatistikker og analyser
Støtte den forberedende lønbehandling i samarbejde med ekstern lønleverandør
Være en kompetent og betroet kontaktperson for medarbejdere og ledere i alle HR-relaterede spørgsmål
Samarbejde med myndigheder, sociale sikringsordninger og pensionskasser
Organisere og dokumentere uddannelses- og udviklingsaktiviteter
Støtte rekrutteringsaktiviteter og onboarding-processer
Tæt samarbejde med Park Manager og interne interessenter
Requirements
Flere års erhvervserfaring inden for HR / personaleadministration
Stærk talforståelse samt en struktureret og pålidelig arbejdsstil
Kendskab til dansk arbejdsret, social sikring og lønskat er en fordel
Meget gode danskkundskaber i skrift og tale
Gode kundskaber i tysk og/eller engelsk
Sikker bruger af MS Office , især Excel
Erfaring med rekruttering , gerne i et internationalt miljø
Hands-on-mentalitet og lyst til aktivt at være med til at forme arbejdsmiljøet i parken
Ideelt set erfaring med et tidsregistreringssystem (vi arbejder med Atoss)
