Responsibilities
Support with the organization of the HR department together with our on-site HR colleague and the HR team in Cologne
Management of the entire HR administration cycle, including contracts, onboarding, offboarding and time tracking (Atoss)
Preparation of HR reports, personnel statistics and analyses
Support for payroll preparation in cooperation with the external payroll provider
Act as a competent point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related matters
Cooperation with authorities, social security agencies and pension funds
Organization and documentation of training and development measures
Support in recruiting activities and onboarding processes
Close collaboration with the Park Manager and internal interfaces
Requirements
Several years' professional experience in Human Resources
Strong numerical affinity as well as a structured and reliable working style
Knowledge of Danish labor, social security and payroll tax law is an advantage
Very good written and spoken Danish
Good knowledge of German and/or English
Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
Experience in recruiting, ideally in an international environment
Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for actively shaping the working environment in the park
Ideally experience with time-recording systems (we work with Atoss)
