About the role

  • Customer Service Coordinator handling international client inquiries from order to invoicing at Ottobock. Support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to process efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Support our international customers from order entry to invoicing in close coordination with Logistics and the Order Center
  • Customer contact via telephone, digital channels and in person
  • Support our global Sales and After-Sales teams to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Provide first-level support for our global user base and the online shop
  • Maintain customer master data and manage customer-specific ordering platforms
  • Coordinate international inbound and outbound shipments
  • Contribute to customer-specific projects in coordination with Supply Chain Management
  • Manage dunning procedures (payment reminders) and receivables follow-up
  • Actively help shape efficient, customer-oriented service processes

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or business-related qualification, ideally complemented by a degree or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in Customer Service or Inside Sales
  • Very good MS Office and SAP skills (particularly SD/MM) and confident use of common CRM systems
  • Technical understanding and interest in environments such as industry, logistics and skilled trades
  • Strong process understanding and a high customer- and service-orientation
  • Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
  • Structured, goal-oriented working style
  • Ability to work independently, flexibility and a high level of commitment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
