About the role

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for accurate order fulfillment within agreed lead-time
  • Work with other business units to pursue service provision on project schedule
  • Communicate with customers for order-related issues and resolve discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines
  • Assist superiors in ad hoc operation tasks

Requirements

  • HKCEE / HKDSE graduate or above
  • 1 year of working experience in operations or system input
  • Focused and strong attention to details
  • Good interpersonal communication skill
  • Proficient PC skill and system applications
  • Proficiency in Cantonese and able to communicate in English
