Requirements
Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) (m/f/d) with several years of practical experience
Experience with laboratory referrals, standard lab panels and blood draws
Good command of German, both written and spoken, with clear communication skills
Service- and customer-oriented working style
Friendly, professional and able to remain composed under pressure on the phone
