About the role

  • Medizinische Fachangestellte für Kundenbetreuung im Labor bei Labor Dr. von Froreich. Fokus auf telefonische Betreuung von Arztpraxen und Durchführung von Blutentnahmen.

Responsibilities

  • Telephone support and consultation for physician practices
  • Transmission of test results to community-based physicians (by phone or electronically)
  • Maintenance and updating of master data in the Laboratory Information System (LIS)
  • Performing blood draws in accordance with hygiene and safety standards
  • Reception of visitors

Requirements

  • Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) (m/f/d) with several years of practical experience
  • Experience with laboratory referrals, standard lab panels and blood draws
  • Good command of German, both written and spoken, with clear communication skills
  • Service- and customer-oriented working style
  • Friendly, professional and able to remain composed under pressure on the phone
