About the role

  • Werkstudent in B2B-Kundenbetreuung bei DEDO Media GmbH in Berlin. Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft und direkte Kommunikation mit B2B-Kunden.

Responsibilities

  • Customer relationships: You support our project manager in day-to-day operations and serve as a direct point of contact for our B2B clients.
  • Communication: You run digital meetings and manage internal and external communication via phone, e-mail, Zoom and Teams.
  • Project coordination: You take responsibility for clear processes, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure projects are implemented in a structured and well-organized manner.

Requirements

  • Studies: You are currently enrolled in a university or university of applied sciences program with a business and/or design focus and will be enrolled for at least three more semesters.
  • Communication: You are outgoing, enjoy interacting with people, and have a clear, error-free command of German — paired with the tact needed to address each individual client.
  • Project management: You are a true organizational talent, like to look beyond the immediate task, and work independently with a structured, solution-oriented approach.
