About the role

  • (Senior) People Partner at osapiens driving impactful HR projects in a fast-paced environment. Building smart processes while collaborating closely across teams and functions.

Responsibilities

  • Core People Processes & Cycles: You coordinate and continuously improve key people processes that drive performance, engagement, and operational excellence such as goal setting frameworks, performance conversations, feedback cycles, and internal mobility. You ensure that these programs are well-scoped, aligned with team needs, and delivered with measurable impact.
  • Partnering & Enablement: You collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to identify needs, create common understanding, and shape solutions that help teams perform at their best. You act as a sparring partner to managers on topics like employee relations, conflict resolution, and leadership development —always with a focus on enabling sustainable performance and growth.
  • People Data & Insights: You use data to uncover trends and patterns that enable informed, people-centered decisions. By translating insights into meaningful recommendations, you support leaders in identifying opportunities to improve performance, team effectiveness, and scalability.
  • People Operations & Employee Lifecycle Processes: While not your main focus, you provide backup support regarding core People Operations topics such as onboarding, offboarding, and contract management — helping to ensure smooth processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Compliance and Policy Management: You ensure our people processes and policies are legally compliant and aligned with our values. You support the evolution of internal policies — and help to communicate them clearly, so everyone understands both the rules as well as the reasoning behind them.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in People Operations / HR generalist roles (or similar) - ideally in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
  • Strong experience in project & stakeholder management: Agile mindset for implementing cross-functional projects and experience in aligning requirements of different stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and passion for working with data: Particularly in using HR metrics to gain insights, improve processes, and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships across the organization, while balancing empathy with business needs. Experience or training in coaching, mediation, or communication is a strong plus.
  • Fluent in English (German is considered a plus): Ability to handle complex discussions and documentation in both languages.
