  • Learning & Development Assistant managing training coordination and international communication for an innovative material flow solutions company. Involved in various tasks to support team dynamics and learning environments.

Responsibilities

  • Coordination and organization of training, development and onboarding programs
  • Support for international communication with participants and management
  • Creation and distribution of learning materials (print & digital)
  • Organization and documentation of end-to-end participant management
  • Maintenance of the Learning Management System and other IT tools used for training coordination

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or equivalent qualification
  • Ideally some practical experience in a customer-facing role
  • Familiarity with common MS Office applications
  • Business-fluent German
  • Fluent English
  • Structured and reliable approach to work
