About the role

  • Lead HR across the employee life cycle while shaping company culture and employee engagement. Drive recruiting, talent development, HR operations and process improvements in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end responsibility: You support our employees throughout the entire employee life cycle — from warm onboarding to professional offboarding.
  • Recruiting: You advise departments on workforce planning and source the right talents for us through innovative channels.
  • Trusted advisor: You act as a competent point of contact for managers and team members on all personnel-related matters.
  • Talent management: You are responsible for designing and implementing training and development programs and promotion initiatives.
  • HR administration specialist: You maintain our HR software (Personio), manage contracts and support payroll preparation.
  • Process optimizer: You question existing structures and continuously develop our People & Culture processes to reduce administrative hurdles.
  • Culture architect: You play a major role in shaping and evolving our company culture and ensure that our values are lived in everyday work.
  • Incentives & benefits: You design creative culture incentives that motivate our team and strengthen employee commitment.
  • Community builder: From small everyday surprises (e.g., team lunches, small gestures) to planning team events — you create a positive "feel-good" atmosphere.
  • Feedback culture: You conduct regular pulse checks or employee surveys to gauge team sentiment and proactively derive measures.

Requirements

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Psychology, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
  • Relevant professional experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in a dynamic environment
  • The ability to take both the employer's and the employee's perspective in order to find sustainable solutions as a mediator
  • Good knowledge of labor law and personnel administration
  • A strong affinity for recruiting tools and experience with common HR software
  • Enjoyment in optimizing processes and actively helping to establish new structures
  • Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills — you can interact at eye level with employees and managers alike
  • High initiative, excellent organizational skills and a precise, reliable working style
  • A pronounced hands-on mentality and the willingness to take on new challenges and act proactively
