Responsibilities
Provide first-class administrative support for the People Business Partner and wider People team
Ensure data accuracy on SAP based employee portal, Orbia Pulse
Organise internal training programmes and recruit for staff
Take responsibility for employee absence documentation
Work closely with the Compensation and Benefits Manager
Undertake the organisation of checks and updates of job descriptions and policies
Requirements
Previous experience in an administration role, ideally within a HR capacity
A high degree of computer literacy across SAP systems and the Microsoft Office suite
Possession of clear communication skills across all mediums
The ability to effectively and accurately to strict deadlines
Work at pace and juggle conflicting priorities
High levels of self motivation and focus
Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
Integrity, empathy and trustworthiness
A working knowledge of HR Best Practice, Employment Law and payroll practices would be a distinct advantage
