Responsibilities

  • Responsible for data quality and integrity across all HR systems
  • Administration of HR tools in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Ensure reliable HR data through cleansing, validation and ongoing maintenance
  • Participate in projects related to organizational changes and data migrations
  • Close collaboration with all HR teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Several years of experience in HR data management and system administration of SAP SuccessFactors
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • Creative, solution-oriented working style
  • Experience in project management, e.g., system implementations, data migrations or process optimizations
