About the role
- HR IT Inhouse Consultant optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central for RIEDEL Communications. Implementing solutions and supporting HR data integrity in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- You administer and optimize SAP SuccessFactors (with a focus on Employee Central)
- You ensure the quality and integrity of employee and organizational master data
- You create reports, dashboards, and queries
- You support the implementation of functional requirements and take on project-related tasks
- You drive the further development of the HR system landscape
- You provide 2nd level support
- You develop guidelines for the collaboration between HR stakeholders and internal IT and for managing external service providers within IT governance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience implementing, maintaining, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions
- Knowledge of data management and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL)
- Experience with other HR software is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills
- Solution-oriented mindset and creative approaches to optimizing data and systems
