About the role

  • HR IT Inhouse Consultant optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central for RIEDEL Communications. Implementing solutions and supporting HR data integrity in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • You administer and optimize SAP SuccessFactors (with a focus on Employee Central)
  • You ensure the quality and integrity of employee and organizational master data
  • You create reports, dashboards, and queries
  • You support the implementation of functional requirements and take on project-related tasks
  • You drive the further development of the HR system landscape
  • You provide 2nd level support
  • You develop guidelines for the collaboration between HR stakeholders and internal IT and for managing external service providers within IT governance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a comparable field
  • Several years of experience implementing, maintaining, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions
  • Knowledge of data management and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL)
  • Experience with other HR software is an advantage
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Solution-oriented mindset and creative approaches to optimizing data and systems
