HR IT Inhouse Consultant optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central for RIEDEL Communications. Implementing solutions and supporting HR data integrity in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
You administer and optimize SAP SuccessFactors (with a focus on Employee Central)
You ensure the quality and integrity of employee and organizational master data
You create reports, dashboards, and queries
You support the implementation of functional requirements and take on project-related tasks
You drive the further development of the HR system landscape
You provide 2nd level support
You develop guidelines for the collaboration between HR stakeholders and internal IT and for managing external service providers within IT governance
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a comparable field
Several years of experience implementing, maintaining, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions
Knowledge of data management and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL)
Experience with other HR software is an advantage
Very good German and English skills
Solution-oriented mindset and creative approaches to optimizing data and systems
