About the role

  • Active Sales Representative conducting initial contact with prospects and qualifying leads for the sales team at Omie, a growing tech company in Brazil.

Responsibilities

  • Perform inbound and outbound outreach, acting as the first point of contact with prospects
  • Lead the initial phase of the sales process, identifying pain points and business opportunities
  • Prospect new leads and make contact via phone, email and other channels
  • Qualify leads according to predefined criteria, ensuring accurate handover to the Sales Executive team
  • Manage scheduling and cadence flows for lead interactions
  • Schedule presentation meetings between Sales Executives and end clients
  • Continuously update the CRM and ensure data accuracy
  • Monitor KPIs and record prospecting performance metrics.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (ongoing university studies are a plus)
  • Previous experience in commercial roles or in customer service/sales-related positions
  • Experience with telephone-based customer relationships and proactive client outreach
  • Goal- and results-oriented profile with a focus on numerical performance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse client profiles
  • Advantage: knowledge of CRM tools and sales funnel organization.
