Active Sales Representative conducting initial contact with prospects and qualifying leads for the sales team at Omie, a growing tech company in Brazil.
Responsibilities
Perform inbound and outbound outreach, acting as the first point of contact with prospects
Lead the initial phase of the sales process, identifying pain points and business opportunities
Prospect new leads and make contact via phone, email and other channels
Qualify leads according to predefined criteria, ensuring accurate handover to the Sales Executive team
Manage scheduling and cadence flows for lead interactions
Schedule presentation meetings between Sales Executives and end clients
Continuously update the CRM and ensure data accuracy
Monitor KPIs and record prospecting performance metrics.
Requirements
High school diploma (ongoing university studies are a plus)
Previous experience in commercial roles or in customer service/sales-related positions
Experience with telephone-based customer relationships and proactive client outreach
Goal- and results-oriented profile with a focus on numerical performance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse client profiles
Advantage: knowledge of CRM tools and sales funnel organization.
