Responsibilities
Grow cryoTEM and electron microscopy market share in the Materials and Structural Analysis Division.
Drive the market growth of electron microscopy specifically within the pharmaceutical and biotech segment.
Initiating and driving business development projects to deliver pipeline and bookings growth for electron microscopy in the region.
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers to better understand how to make them successful.
Market research and analysis, including participating in microscopy societies and conferences.
Delivering pipeline and bookings growth for FIB, SEM and TEM products in the region.
Event planning and execution, including conferences, workshops, trade shows and webinars.
Requirements
Master’s degree required; PhD preferred in Structural Biology, Protein Science, Biochemistry, or related fields.
3+ years’ experience with Cryo-EM or electron microscopy.
Strong understanding of cryo electron microscopy technology and application to Life Science research, preferably with hands-on experience.
Sales development experience, particularly with capital equipment experience, is helpful.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to explain technical concepts and applications clearly to a range of audiences.
Ability to achieve results and work to agreed timelines.
Willing to travel up to 60%, mainly within the India & OSA region.
