About the role

  • Grow and expand a large portfolio of clients from different industries, driving adoption and increasing participation in the salary sacrifice car leasing scheme, ensuring employer and employee satisfaction.
  • Consult with clients to shape their scheme employee engagement strategy, translating their objectives into clear, actionable plans that drive employee demand from launch and in-life.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a commercial partner, advising on industry best practices, cost-saving opportunities, and the long-term benefits of electric vehicle adoption.
  • Drive retention and long-term account success, proactively identifying risks and implementing engagement strategies to maximize scheme participation.
  • Lead impactful engagement initiatives to drive employee participation, ensuring strong adoption and ongoing engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Onboarding, Partnerships, Finance, Sales, Operations and Product teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage data and customer insights to influence internal teams, communicate value, and agree client initiatives to enhance customer experience and scheme success.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant customer-facing experience, coming from a B2B2C environment is a plus.
  • A results-driven mindset, with a track record of excellent customer experience, exceeding growth targets, and identifying and delivering on growth opportunities.
  • Commercial acumen and strategic thinking, able to negotiate favorable outcomes for both customers and OEV.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills, with the maturity, gravitas and ability to engage and influence stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Able to problem solve and operate independently, taking proactive responsibility for the performance of your portfolio.
  • Confident communicator, able to deliver compelling proposals for engagement initiatives, and engagement sessions to diverse audiences.
  • Passion for customer success, ensuring clients see clear value and ROI from their schemes.
  • A start-up / entrepreneurial mindset, being able to adjust to change and keep up with a fast-moving business.
  • An interest in sustainability, and a desire to accelerate the transition to electric vehicles. Knowledge of employee benefits, EVs or leasing would be great but not crucial.
