  • CRM Coordinator at Novo Nordisk managing CRM systems to enhance customer engagement strategies. Collaborating with teams to provide insights from CRM data and develop effective campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Implementing CRM best practices and processes
  • Managing and optimizing customer relationship management systems
  • Acting as a representative of the Business Development & Strategy department in cross-functional meetings
  • Overseeing data entry processes and implement data cleansing procedures
  • Supporting sales, marketing and medical teams by providing insights from CRM data
  • Developing CRM training materials and sessions
  • Analyzing CRM data to identify business opportunities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and GBS to integrate CRM solutions effectively

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in CRM systems and business development
  • Familiarity with sales, marketing and medical strategies within a corporate environment.
  • Certification as Salesforce.com, IQVIA OCE and/or Veeva administrator are differentials
  • SAFe certification is a plus.
