Responsibilities
Understand key drivers in lifecycle marketing to achieve ambitious adoption and retention goals for emerging products
Identify gaps in current customer journeys and devise actionable plans to improve them
Maintain line of sight across key lifecycle pillars (onboarding/engagement) and bubble up insights on what is working vs. what is not
Build, execute, and monitor complex lifecycle marketing journeys across email, push, and in-product channels
Leverage ML-powered targeting to deliver highly relevant notifications and in-product promotions to users
Configure and manage incentives within our incentives platform to drive product adoption
Ensure all communications deliver the best customer experience
Work with analytics teams to develop robust reporting metrics
Analyze campaign performance and extract key insights to optimize future efforts
Track and report on adoption and retention metrics for emerging products
Requirements
3+ years of CRM experience including email, push, and in-app notifications
Experience building and executing complex CRM campaigns and multi-step customer journeys
