About the role
- Internship in the People & Culture team at NORRIQ in Aalborg. Contribute to onboarding and employee journey projects while learning about internal functions in consulting.

- Omdrejningspunktet for projektet bliver vores employee journey med særligt fokus på at videreudvikle vores onboarding af nye medarbejdere og skabe endnu mere sammenhæng og kvalitet i oplevelsen fra start til slut
- Du kommer også til at dykke ned i preboarding og offboarding
- Vi hjælper dig med at definere retningen og rammerne, men der er også plads til dine idéer og din tilgang til projektet.
Requirements
- Du er formentlig i gang med en kandidatuddannelse eller professionsbachelor
- Du er struktureret i din arbejdstilgang og god til at holde et godt overblik.
- Du er tryg ved at arbejde selvstændigt og tage initiativ.
