Responsibilities
Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing in cooperation with ADP.
Process employee lifecycle changes (onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, leave, sickness).
Maintain and optimize personnel files and HR systems.
Safeguard data accuracy and proactively resolve discrepancies.
Prepare and analyze HR reports (headcount, absenteeism, turnover, labor costs).
Act as a sparring partner to managers on HR policies, employee relations, and employment law.
Support performance and talent development processes.
Coordinate and monitor absence cases in line with the Dutch Gatekeeper Act (Wet verbetering poortwachter).
Serve as first point of contact for HR-related questions.
Ensure adherence to Dutch labor law.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (HBO level), preferably in HRM or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in a broad HR role, ideally within an international organization.
Proven experience in payroll administration.
Experience with HCM/SAP and ADP is a strong plus.
Solid knowledge of Dutch labor law.
Experience with the Dutch Gatekeeper Act and absence management.
