About the role

  • HRIS Solutions Owner managing SAP Success Factors implementation for a fast-growing technology startup. Leading the evolution of HR Information Systems to empower data-driven decisions and enhance employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of our HRIS platform (SAP Success Factors) in coordination with the PMO.
  • Own system administration, including user access, workflows, integrations, and reporting.
  • Partner with stakeholders to streamline processes across onboarding, external payroll, performance, and compliance.
  • Ensure data accuracy, privacy, and security across all HR Information Systems.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics to support decision-making and align data management and governance structures with the Enterprise Data Team.
  • Provide hands-on support, training, and documentation for internal users.
  • Manage vendor relationships (SAP, other Saas vendors and System Integrators), upgrades, and system enhancements.
  • Support global expansion by adapting systems to new markets and legal requirements.
  • Develop other Digitalization initiatives around automation or AI in collaboration with the People & Culture Team.

Requirements

  • Min 4 years of proven experience leading Success Factors implementation and operations in a multinational environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, data structures, and compliance.
  • Experience with system integrations (e.g., payroll, finance, ATS).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
  • Not mandatory but preferred: Experience with Power Platform, Copilot, Azure, or other Microsoft ecosystem tools.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and startup scaling challenges.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, SOC2, or other data privacy frameworks.
  • Exposure to People analytics, DEI metrics, or engagement platforms.
  • Exposure to startup scaling challenges (e.g., rapid hiring, international expansion).
  • Very good Business Spanish required (excellent communication skills). B2/C1 level.
  • Very good Business English required (excellent communication skills). B2/C1 level.
