HRIS Solutions Owner managing SAP Success Factors implementation for a fast-growing technology startup. Leading the evolution of HR Information Systems to empower data-driven decisions and enhance employee experience.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and configuration of our HRIS platform (SAP Success Factors) in coordination with the PMO.
Own system administration, including user access, workflows, integrations, and reporting.
Partner with stakeholders to streamline processes across onboarding, external payroll, performance, and compliance.
Ensure data accuracy, privacy, and security across all HR Information Systems.
Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics to support decision-making and align data management and governance structures with the Enterprise Data Team.
Provide hands-on support, training, and documentation for internal users.
Manage vendor relationships (SAP, other Saas vendors and System Integrators), upgrades, and system enhancements.
Support global expansion by adapting systems to new markets and legal requirements.
Develop other Digitalization initiatives around automation or AI in collaboration with the People & Culture Team.
Requirements
Min 4 years of proven experience leading Success Factors implementation and operations in a multinational environment.
Strong understanding of HR processes, data structures, and compliance.
Experience with system integrations (e.g., payroll, finance, ATS).
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
Not mandatory but preferred: Experience with Power Platform, Copilot, Azure, or other Microsoft ecosystem tools.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Familiarity with SaaS business models and startup scaling challenges.
Knowledge of GDPR, SOC2, or other data privacy frameworks.
Exposure to People analytics, DEI metrics, or engagement platforms.
Exposure to startup scaling challenges (e.g., rapid hiring, international expansion).
Very good Business Spanish required (excellent communication skills). B2/C1 level.
Very good Business English required (excellent communication skills). B2/C1 level.
