Responsibilities
Timely execute activities and functions in: Personal Administration – processing in SF/SAP hire/rehire, transfer, promotion, end of employment, update personal details
Time Management – manage in SAP work schedules, resolve anomalies, manage absences / attendances, evaluate time
Payroll administration – manage additional and recurring payments and deductions
Reporting – preparing internal reporting and reporting to state authorities
Participate in KPIs trends, root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem-solving
Initiation of changes and leading testing of SF/SAP installation-specific settings
Initiating and participation in projects standardization
Contact center activities
Requirements

At least an intermediate level of Polish is required
English level should be intermediate or higher
