Senior Influencer & Partnerships Manager managing influencer marketing and partnerships for Cosmo Beauty Brand House. Focused on strategic growth and operational excellence in Berlin's vibrant beauty industry.
Responsibilities
Strategic and operational responsibility for the further development of influencer marketing and selected brand partnerships
Independent planning and operational coordination (including coordination with creators, product shipping, scheduling, briefings and asset management) as well as campaign tracking — from concept to reporting
Analysis and evaluation of performance data, including regular manual preparation, maintenance and ownership of relevant KPIs and reports
Derivation of optimization measures to continuously evolve the influencer strategy
Close collaboration with Social Media, Brand, E‑commerce and Performance Marketing teams
Management of sensitive data and internal reporting with high accuracy and a strong sense of responsibility
Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with creators, agencies and partners
Development of processes, structures and workflows within the influencer area
Future participation in building and developing the influencer team, including providing professional support to a Junior Influencer Coordinator.
Requirements
Several years of experience in influencer marketing or brand partnerships, ideally in the beauty or lifestyle industry
Ability to think strategically while taking on operational responsibility
Strong understanding of relevant influencer and campaign KPIs and confident data analysis skills
Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
High level of responsibility and discretion when handling sensitive data
Confident presence, negotiation skills and clear communication
Proactive, forward-thinking mindset with a commitment to sustainably develop initiatives
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Initial experience supporting or working with junior profiles is an advantage.
