Responsibilities
You represent a renowned insurance company in outbound customer contact.
You proactively contact existing customers by phone and advise them on insurance products and plan options.
You handle customer requests to completion by phone and, if required, by email or in writing.
You record customer data, verify it carefully, and update it in the system.
You document call contents and maintain all relevant information in the systems.
You work with SAP-based systems, in a Windows environment, and with Microsoft Office programs.
You identify opportunities for optimization and find the appropriate insurance policy/plan for your customers (Sales After Service).
Requirements
Professional experience in telephone-based customer service, or a strong motivation to work in this area.
A completed vocational qualification (commercial/administrative) is desirable.
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
Basic PC skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and delight customers.
Openness to selling add-on services and recommending product optimizations.
