Senior National Accounts Relationship Manager developing key relationships in investment management at Morgan Stanley. Focusing on growth, shelf space, and understanding client needs in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Develop meaningful professional relationships with key home office contacts and centers of influence, including executive leadership teams, sales management, product/program managers and others.
Build in-depth understanding of the full suite of MSIM and EV investment capabilities.
Coordinate new product launches and firm initiatives at covered firms.
Manage contract negotiations, selling agreements and financial terms between MSIM and EV and covered firms.
Requirements
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the investment management industry in similar and/or related roles.
Highly motivated and a self-starter with proven leadership skills.
Proven ability to work independently or part of a larger team, with measurable results in a fast paced, challenging environment.
Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in communicating esoteric and complex strategies.
Ability to drive results, positively influence and leverage relationships.
Excellent analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Travel as required by client and/or firm business needs.
Ability to accommodate a hybrid office schedule when not traveling for business.
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
Additional investment designations such as CFA, CIMA, or CAIA strongly preferred.
Active FINRA Series 7, 65/66, & 63 licenses required.
