About the role

  • Account Executive managing and developing client accounts at Flash. Focused on retention and expansion of B2B relationships in a hybrid model from São Paulo.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of clients, focusing on account retention and expansion (farming);
  • Identify and diagnose opportunities within existing clients, mapping needs and creating value propositions;
  • Build relationships with decision-makers, using executive-level communication and a consultative approach;
  • Manage stakeholders, respecting internal and client workflows and processes;
  • Navigate different products and services, structuring a value proposition aligned with the client’s needs;
  • Lead negotiations and manage delivery expectations and targets;
  • Organize and prioritize time and tasks in a dynamic, cross-functional environment;
  • Maintain a sense of urgency and high quality in customer service.

Requirements

  • Strong background in consultative selling, account retention and development (farming);
  • Experience in account management and relationship management with corporate clients (B2B);
  • Analytical ability to identify business opportunities;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships;
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model (São Paulo/SP).
  • Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot is a plus).
