Responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of clients, focusing on account retention and expansion (farming);
Identify and diagnose opportunities within existing clients, mapping needs and creating value propositions;
Build relationships with decision-makers, using executive-level communication and a consultative approach;
Manage stakeholders, respecting internal and client workflows and processes;
Navigate different products and services, structuring a value proposition aligned with the client’s needs;
Lead negotiations and manage delivery expectations and targets;
Organize and prioritize time and tasks in a dynamic, cross-functional environment;
Maintain a sense of urgency and high quality in customer service.
Requirements
Strong background in consultative selling, account retention and development (farming);
Experience in account management and relationship management with corporate clients (B2B);
Analytical ability to identify business opportunities;
Strong communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships;
Availability to work in a hybrid model (São Paulo/SP).
Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot is a plus).
