Responsibilities
Outbound lead generation to build pipeline for the inside sales team
Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, web and email
Conducting individualized needs analyses and actively qualifying incoming leads
Close collaboration with Sales, Presales and Marketing to implement specific customer strategies
Continuous updating of data and call outcomes in Salesforce
Working with the Product and Sales Enablement teams to stay informed about product updates, customer value propositions and trends
Support from the internal Legal team regarding licenses and contract standards
Requirements
Completed bachelor's degree or business-related vocational training
Strong goal orientation and skill in customer communication
Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs
Excellent German and fluent English skills
Experience with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
Affinity for digital products and solutions in the creative space
Interest in continuous learning and personal development
