Responsibilities
Provide expert advice and counsel to HR colleagues and senior management across the Pacific region on a wide range of employee relations issues including misconduct, performance management, industrial relations, and legal compliance
Oversee and conduct investigations into employee complaints such as discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, partnering with external legal counsel as needed
Act as Marsh’s representative in matters before the Fair Work Commission and other regulatory bodies, managing conciliations and arbitrations
Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualification with 7+ years of employee relations experience, including managing complex investigations and issue resolution
Strong knowledge of local employment and workplace laws in the Pacific region
Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and Microsoft Office skills
Ability to present complex employment concepts to diverse audiences
