Responsibilities
Preparation and review of payroll for a defined group of employees
Correspondence with health insurance providers, social insurance agencies and authorities
Reporting and certification duties
Management and maintenance of master data in the payroll system (SAP)
Advice on payroll-related questions
Preparation of employment contracts
Verification of attendance records, calculation of overtime and allowances
Preparation of statistics and reports
Participation in internal projects
Requirements
Commercial vocational training / further qualification, e.g., tax clerk, industrial clerk, office management clerk, or an equivalent qualification
Professional experience in payroll processing
Ideally good knowledge of AVR / TVöD
Confident user of Microsoft Office
Reliability and a strong team spirit
Enjoyment of working independently and with attention to detail
