Responsibilities

  • Support the full recruiting lifecycle: post job openings, review resumes, conduct pre‑screening conversations
  • Partner with internal stakeholders for onboarding experience
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives and coordinate events
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data
  • Assist with benefits enrollment and employee inquiries
  • Support performance management cycle and training programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a generalist capacity
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of key HR functions including recruiting and employee relations
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Rippling, BambooHR, Paylocity)
