About the role

  • HR professional managing operations, recruitment, and administration at Elemica. Focused on enhancing efficiency and compliance in HR functions.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, onboarding, confirmations, exits, documentation, and HR data maintenance.
  • Assist in implementation and adherence to HR policies, processes, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits administration, background verification, and vendor interactions.
  • Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and preparation of HR reports and dashboards.
  • Respond to employee queries in a timely, professional, and confidential manner.
  • Support recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer documentation.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Ensure a consistent and professional candidate experience through structured communication and coordination.
  • Maintain employee records, personnel files, letters, and HR trackers with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support day-to-day HR administrative activities and coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy, document control, and adherence to information security standards.

Requirements

  • Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources.
  • 35 years of relevant experience across HR operations, recruitment support, and HR administration.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, HR administration, and basic statutory compliance.
  • Ability to manage HR processes with attention to detail and operational discipline.
  • Familiarity with HRIS, payroll coordination, and documentation standards.
  • High learning agility with openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Emotional resilience and ability to handle critical situations with composure and professionalism.
  • Clear, fair, and transparent communication with employees, candidates, and stakeholders.
  • Strong sense of confidentiality, integrity, and ethical judgment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a structured, fast-paced corporate environment.
