About the role

  • HRBP at Nitro aiding in employee relations and culture. Supporting cross-functional leaders for high performance in a SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations within the organisation
  • Drive the culture to attract and retain key talent
  • Coach and counsel managers on performance and employee concerns
  • Elevate the employee experience at Nitro
  • Drive progressive programs for an inclusive culture
  • Advise on disciplinary and grievances best practices
  • Recommend processes and policies for business growth
  • Anticipate conflicts and drive win-win outcomes
  • Influence future People Team strategy
  • Comply with local legislations
  • Partnering with legal counsel as necessary
  • Coordinate with payroll on employee changes
  • Update HRIS system (BambooHR)

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience an HRBP position
  • Experience in a SaaS or technology environment
  • Strong understanding of Irish & EU employment legislation
  • Understanding of CAD/US employment legislation an advantage
  • Proven ability to work on assigned projects with minimal direction
  • Senior level communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task and stay organised
  • Experience of BambooHR, Lattice & ADP an advantage
  • HR related degree or CIPD qualified preferred
