Requirements
- 3+ years of experience an HRBP position
- Experience in a SaaS or technology environment
- Strong understanding of Irish & EU employment legislation
- Understanding of CAD/US employment legislation an advantage
- Proven ability to work on assigned projects with minimal direction
- Senior level communication and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task and stay organised
- Experience of BambooHR, Lattice & ADP an advantage
- HR related degree or CIPD qualified preferred
