Responsibilities
Responding to inquiries and coordinating HR services.
Provides timely, accurate support across calls, emails, and texts.
Ensures accurate processing of employee information.
Coordinate employee onboarding, including data entry, documentation validation (I-9/E-Verify), and orientation scheduling.
Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and timekeeping systems to support compliance and timely payroll.
Process employee changes and transactions in accordance with HR, payroll, and legislative requirements.
Provide HR Service Centre support by responding to employee and manager inquiries and resolving or escalating system issues.
Audit employee records and HRIS transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance, providing guidance as needed.
Support managers with HRIS workflows, approvals, and system navigation.
Track and report Service Centre activity and metrics, and maintain HRIS reference documentation.
Requirements
High school diploma required
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience processing employee changes in a full-service HRIS
understanding of payroll processes and employment legislation strongly preferred
Proficiency with Human Resource Information Systems, preferably UKG Pro
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with intermediate Excel skills
Working knowledge of hiring processes and employment documentation requirements
