Responsibilities
Telephone outreach to strategically selected B2B accounts in the DACH market (focus on Southern Germany – trust, tone and linguistic sensitivity are crucial)
Qualification of marketing and sales leads using an account-based approach
Initial contact with decision-makers in Marketing, Product, Technical Documentation and Management
Accurate documentation of all activities in HubSpot and Salesforce
Close collaboration with Marketing and Business Development
Requirements
Native German speaker with a strong command of language and a confident tone for telephone B2B contact
Very good English skills (company language is English)
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program (from semester 3) or a master’s program (e.g., business administration, business studies, marketing, economics or similar)
Comfortable on the phone — real conversations, not reading from scripts
