About the role

  • Sales Development Representative for MicroNova, specializing in innovative solutions with a focus on customer relationship development. Working in a hybrid environment to support sales and lead generation.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and qualify potential new customers within our areas of expertise
  • Build and continuously maintain strong relationships with decision-makers
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales to optimize lead generation and build the sales pipeline
  • Schedule appointments for the Sales team so our services can be presented professionally
  • Support the creation of persuasive sales materials and presentations
  • Attend trade shows and conferences to acquire new customers and expand our network

Requirements

  • You have initial experience in sales, ideally in a B2B or IT environment
  • You demonstrate strong communication skills and persuasiveness
  • You work independently, are well organized, and are results-oriented
  • You are passionate about technology and innovative IT solutions
  • You are proficient with CRM systems and common office applications
  • You are willing to travel at least 20%
  • You are fluent in German and English (business/professional level)
