About the role

  • HR Coordinator focusing on Performance and Organizational Development at fintech transforming credit in Brazil. Managing performance evaluation methodologies and leading development initiatives within organizational culture.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and manage the Performance Evaluation methodology (AVD);
  • Plan, conduct and ensure the quality of Calibration cycles, guaranteeing fairness, consistency and alignment in performance, bonus and development decisions;
  • Act as key user and strategic partner in the management and evolution of the AVD platform;
  • Agile development (MVP culture): design, implement and measure the Executive and Technical L&D portfolio, applying the MVP logic to create high-value, measurable, impact-oriented learning solutions;
  • Lead development initiatives across the Banking, Leadership, Data and practical AI application tracks;
  • Structure the Succession Management process and identify Key People, using complementary methodologies (such as Assessment Center and Risk/Impact Matrix);
  • Integrate development and retention actions for benchmarks and high performers into meutudo's career and succession plans;
  • Act as a strategic People & Organizational Development (DHO) partner, supporting Directors and Executive Managers, translating performance data into actionable insights for decision-making and people management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Accounting, Engineering or related fields;
  • Solid experience in Human Resources, with proven focus on Organizational Development (DHO) and/or Performance Management;
  • Previous experience in technology companies, fintechs or high-complexity, fast-paced environments (agile culture);
  • Experience in coordination or management roles of teams and/or high-impact projects;
  • Hands-on experience implementing and critically reviewing AVD systems, competency models, performance calibration and succession matrices;
  • Knowledge and experience with performance management platforms (such as Smartleader, Workday, SuccessFactors or similar);
  • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with data visualization tools (dashboards), applying metrics to generate People & Performance insights;
  • Knowledge of the Banking and/or Financial Services sector (regulatory, products, credit) and an understanding of software/technology development dynamics (agile culture, squads, OKRs).
