Responsibilities
Operational support for a defined group of employees and managers in all HR-related matters, e.g. vacation, sickness, maternity/parental leave, contracts and documentation
Preparation of employment-related documents such as contract amendments, supplementary agreements, and certificates (working hours, salary or employment confirmations, parental leave, health insurance forms, etc.)
Trust-based collaboration with employee representatives
Handling employee onboarding and offboarding
Participation in HR projects
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or degree with a focus on HR / personnel management
Professional experience in HR, ideally in a technically oriented environment
Basic knowledge of labor/employment law
Strong communication skills, advisory competence, and a hands-on mentality
Structured, independent working style and enjoyment of teamwork
Business-fluent German language skills
