- Preparation of employment-related documents such as contract amendments, supplementary agreements, and certificates (working hours, salary or employment confirmations, parental leave, health insurance forms, etc.)
- Trust-based collaboration with employee representatives
- Handling employee onboarding and offboarding
- Participation in HR projects
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or degree with a focus on HR / personnel management
- Professional experience in HR, ideally in a technically oriented environment
- Basic knowledge of labor/employment law
- Strong communication skills, advisory competence, and a hands-on mentality
- Structured, independent working style and enjoyment of teamwork
- Business-fluent German language skills
