About the role

  • Project and services Expert HR ensuring employee satisfaction and sustainability at PowerCo. Supporting various HR functions while focusing on office projects and service standards.

Responsibilities

  • You will be part of a team that not only builds batteries but also shapes the future of work.
  • The Project and Services Expert is responsible for tasks and projects affecting both company employees and their properties/offices.
  • All projects and tasks are executed with a focus on sustainability and the global CO₂ footprint.
  • Develop and/or review employee HR service standards, procedures and policies (e.g., fresh fruit, coffee, tea, water, etc.).
  • Identify new services for PowerCo employees to support the achievement of corporate objectives, in line with the company's values.
  • Improve the employee journey and sense of belonging.
  • Develop and/or review and/or implement workplace procedures and policies (e.g., office layout, corporate image, seating plans, sustainability procedures).
  • Initiate new tenders and procurement requests, preparing product concept catalogs/specifications and service contracts together with the Purchasing department (e.g., furniture, office equipment, stationery, mail services, translation services).
  • Define responsibilities for mobility concepts (e.g., car-sharing solutions, shuttle transport) for travel to and from the factory.
  • In addition, the “Road to Sagunto” project is part of the role, which includes the planned relocation from Valencia to Sagunto — facilitating and maintaining relationships with current and new suppliers/partners for PowerCo workplaces, fine-tuning contracts, creating supplier standards, and identifying the best available providers (e.g., maintenance, design, cleaning, interiors such as furniture, equipment and office supplies).
  • Track, monitor and reconcile energy consumption (electricity, water and gas) with the relevant public and/or private authorities/providers.
  • Work closely with the HSE department to ensure ergonomics, wellbeing and safety in the workplace.
  • High-level stakeholder management with suppliers, government representatives, officials and public authorities.
  • Manage parking for authorized employees.

Requirements

  • Experience in service and/or project management
  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
