Responsibilities
- Operative Betreuung eines definierten Mitarbeitenden- und Führungskräftekreises in allen personalrelevanten Themen wie z.B. Urlaub, Krankheit, Mutterschutz/ Elternzeit, Verträge und Dokumente
- Erstellung von arbeitsvertraglichen Dokumenten wie Vertragsänderungen, Zusatzvereinbarungen sowie die Erstellung von Bescheinigungen (Arbeitszeit-, Gehalts- oder Beschäftigungsnachweise, Elternzeit, Krankenkassenformulare, etc.)
- Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit den Mitarbeitervertretungen
- Bearbeitung von Mitarbeitereintritten und -austritten
- Mitarbeit in HR-Projekten
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt HR / Personalmanagement
- Berufserfahrung im Personalbereich, idealerweise in einem technisch geprägten Umfeld
- Erste Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht
- Hohe Kommunikationsstärke, Beratungskompetenz und Hands-on-Mentalität
- Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und Freude an Teamarbeit
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
