About the role

  • Atlantic Union’s Total Rewards Intern Program to provide college students practical work experience. Internship involves supporting HR systems and contributing to Total Rewards initiatives with valuable assignments

Responsibilities

  • Participate and support the rollout of a new job architecture in summer 2026
  • Contribute to potential planning and coordination of core HR system change
  • Create procedure documentation
  • Run data validations in support of system changes
  • Participate in special projects or assignments as needed
  • Gain exposure to all areas of Total Rewards (outside of HR system work)

Requirements

  • Currently working on degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration or other related field.
  • Current enrollment in an accredited college or university is required
  • Students must be undergraduates entering their junior or senior year or currently pursuing a graduate level degree
  • Must be available to work a 40-hour week, Monday through Friday
  • Must submit a resume and cover letter highlighting accomplishments, professional and academic goals, and expectations of this internship position
  • Submission of transcripts and two professional or academic references
