Responsibilities
Participate and support the rollout of a new job architecture in summer 2026
Contribute to potential planning and coordination of core HR system change
Create procedure documentation
Run data validations in support of system changes
Participate in special projects or assignments as needed
Gain exposure to all areas of Total Rewards (outside of HR system work)
Requirements
Currently working on degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration or other related field.
Current enrollment in an accredited college or university is required
Students must be undergraduates entering their junior or senior year or currently pursuing a graduate level degree
Must be available to work a 40-hour week, Monday through Friday
Must submit a resume and cover letter highlighting accomplishments, professional and academic goals, and expectations of this internship position
