Requirements
Electrical industrial sales experience is highly desired.
Proven experience in regional sales management (people management)
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage conflict.
Proficiency in sales software and basic accounting.
A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
