About the role

  • Senior Sales Manager leading sales initiatives across North, Central, and South America at Teledyne CARIS. Focusing on software licenses, subscriptions, and consulting sales with strategic market approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales across North, Central, and South America, including channel and direct accounts.
  • Support and mentor the North America Sales Manager.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and partners to grow software licenses, subscriptions, and consulting sales.
  • Maintain and present accurate weekly forecasts and pipeline reports.
  • Implement and refine channel programs, pricing structures, KPIs, and partner standards.
  • Shape long-term go-to-market strategies with sales, e-commerce, and regional leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical sales experience in airborne/remote sensing or similar markets (required)
  • CRM experience for forecasting and pipeline management (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Hydrography, Cartography, Marine Science, or equivalent (required)
  • Fluent English and Spanish; U.S. citizenship (required)
