Responsibilities
Own and execute Digital Envoy’s international commercial sales strategy to drive new business, expand existing accounts, and achieve or exceed revenue targets outside of North America
Lead, coach, and develop the UK sales team, providing day-to-day guidance, performance management, and career development support
Actively participate in selling by managing key strategic and enterprise accounts, including complex, multi-stakeholder deals
Oversee the full sales cycle across international markets, from prospecting and pipeline development through negotiation and close
Partner with sales leadership and finance to ensure accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
Support deal construction and review, including pricing strategy, contract terms, and approval processes
Serve as a commercial and market-facing subject-matter expert, working in partnership with product and engineering teams on IP-based geolocation, proxy, and circumvention solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers, partners, and customers across Europe and other international regions
Represent Digital Envoy at international industry events, conferences, and client meetings
Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to align customer needs with roadmap priorities and go-to-market initiatives
Monitor international market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform strategy and growth opportunities
Requirements
10+ years of total sales experience, including significant experience selling enterprise or data-driven technology solutions
5+ years in a senior sales leadership role with direct people management responsibility
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets in international markets
Experience leading sales teams in Europe, with strong familiarity with UK and broader EMEA commercial environments
Deep understanding of value-based selling principles, with proven experience coaching and managing sales teams to consistently execute outcome- and value-driven sales strategies
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, large-scale negotiations and long sales cycles
Strong executive presence with the ability to sell and communicate effectively at the C-suite level
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills and a willingness to actively sell alongside the team
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Willing and able to travel internationally for customer meetings, team leadership, and industry events.
