Requirements
Extensive experience in senior People & Culture leadership roles, ideally within FMCG, retail, hardware, or large-scale operations, and within a matrix and shared services environment
Proven success in strategic P&C partnering and leading significant change
Expertise in organisational development, workforce strategy, and cultural transformation
Outstanding stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Comfortable working in a matrix structure and balancing competing priorities
Thrive in fast-moving environments and embrace ambiguity with confidence
