About the role

  • Office & Culture Manager overseeing employee benefits and facility management for MERKUR BETS in Vienna. Responsible for internal communications and organizational development activities.

Responsibilities

  • Professional and organizational leadership responsibility for reception and cleaning staff
  • Primary point of contact for facility management matters in the office
  • Organization and coordination of maintenance and repair activities
  • Planning and administration of employee benefits and organizing events to promote company culture
  • Verification of incoming invoices
  • Travel management for business trips
  • Seminar organization and logistics
  • Appointment coordination and room scheduling
  • Professional internal and external communication on behalf of the CFO
  • Maintenance and management of digital and physical filing systems
  • Oversight of the time tracking system and employee support

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/business administration training
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Excellent German and English skills, written and spoken
  • Structured working style and a high degree of independence and sense of responsibility
  • Solution-oriented, independent way of working
  • Good organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Team player
