About the role

  • Vice President, People Business Partner at LPL Financial driving people strategies in marketing and legal teams. Advising senior leaders and delivering core HR services effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary People partner to EVP/SVP-level leaders
  • Advise on organizational effectiveness, performance, talent, workforce planning, and change
  • Translate business needs into actionable People solutions
  • Act as a thought partner and sounding board for leaders
  • Own delivery of core People Business Partner services for assigned client groups
  • Ensure consistent application of People programs, policies, and practices
  • Support organizational change initiatives
  • Use data, insights, and experience to inform decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • People Business Partner experience in complex, fast-paced organizations
  • HR generalist background, including employee relations, performance management, and change support
  • Experience partnering with COEs (Compensation, Talent, L&D, Communications)
  • Experience in financial services, professional services, or sales-driven environments preferred
